An Iraqi-born British architect, Zaha Hadid was one of the most popular names of contemporary world architecture in the 20th century. Recipient of various awards and recognitions, Zaha Hadid was the first woman and the first Muslim to get the Pritzker Architecture Prize.

Her death recently was a big loss to the world of architecture and to all.

An interactive centre of Science in Germany, Phaeno Science Centre was created by Zaha Hadid successfully by turning concrete, steel and glass into a timeless architectural icon. There is a monumental feeling at the centre.

Located in Brixton in London, Evelyn Grace Academy is a non-selective, co-educational secondary school within the English Academy programme and was built from 2006 to 2010.

London Aquatic Centre

London Aquatic Centre was built from 2008 to 2011 and is an indoor facility with two 50-metre swimming pools and a 25-metre diving pool. It is located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at Stratford, London and was one of the main venues of the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Paralympics.
